Billing & Refund Policy

Subscription Billing

Paid PropView plans are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis.

Billing cycles may be monthly or annual depending on the plan selected.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.

By subscribing, you authorize PropView and its payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

• No future subscription charges will occur.
• Access remains active through the remainder of the paid billing period.

No Refunds

All purchases are final.

PropView does not provide refunds for:

• Subscription fees already paid
• Partial billing periods
• Unused subscriptions
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Dissatisfaction with trading results
• Failure to achieve profitability
• Failure to pass prop firm evaluations
• Lack of platform usage

Pricing Changes

PropView reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Existing subscribers will be notified of material pricing changes before renewal.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

PropView does not store complete payment card information.

Chargebacks

Users agree to contact PropView before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
